Wilhemina Quarpong, BSc, MPH, is a Graduate Research Assistant with a background in Nutrition and Food Science from the University of Ghana, and Public Health (International Public Health specialisation) from the University of Nottingham, UK. Her research interests include population-based approaches to reduce under-nutrition, overweight and obesity particularly in children. Prior to joining MEALS4NCDs, Wilhemina worked as a research assistant on several University of Ghana-affiliated projects that focused on improving maternal and child nutrition in Ghana.
